Retro Illustrated Stage Design for Rush at Climate Pledge Arena
Set against a dusk city skyline, the illustration constructs an evocative theater proscenium framed by heavy red stage drapes. Inside the illuminated auditorium, several iconic figures gather on stage beside a sleek red roadster, echoing legendary visual motifs from the band’s catalog—including the naked figure confronting the red star, a suited man, and a woman in a blue gown. Above the performance hall, an industrial rooftop framework supports an illuminated marquee, accompanied by an owl soaring through a starlit twilight sky.
A rich palette of theater-curtain red, twilight violet, and electric neon coral defines the composition. Bold typography sits overhead with dimensional red lettering announcing the band name, paired with illuminated red scaffolding signage reading “Fifty Something Tour.” The legendary Starman emblem is presented as a round neon roadside sign beside the stage structure, balanced by a clean cream lower border that grounds the artwork with crisp venue and tour text.
Designed by artist Chris Koehler, the poster commemorates the two-night stand at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena on October 10 and 12, 2026. Architectural lines blend smoothly with classic album iconography, delivering a narrative-driven homage that weaves decades of progressive rock imagery into a unified mid-century theater aesthetic.
